Welcome to Osso’s FIRST Artisan Bread Class!
During this class, you will learn how to make and bake 3 different styles of bread: A Ciabatta, Brioche, and a “No-Knead” Style.
Each style requires different techniques, all of which Chef Maggie and her culinary team will show you, step by step! This will include how the fermentation process works, kneading methods, and how to shape your bread to perfection! You will also get to try each bread with some of our in-house infused oils and compotes.
Be prepared to get flour on your clothes, and your hands doughy! Aprons will be supplied, but please remember to wear closed toe shoes because you will be in Osso’s kitchen.
Every guest will go home with their bread, a recipe card, and a learning experience they won’t forget!
