Class meets at Punderson Beach for an early morning, high intensity, interval style Boot Camp workout suitable for all fitness levels. Bring your energy and enthusiasm as we move around the park to challenge your strength, endurance and boost your metabolism.
You will be instructed to work at a pace that pushes you to become fit, heart-healthy and strong.
This 60 minute Boot Camp Training includes:
- Intervals of cardio and strength exercises maximized by the outdoor environment.
- Core specific exercises
- Stretch and cool-down
Boot camp participants are invited stay for the 9:30 am Beach Yoga class for FREE.
Participants should bring a fitness towel and water bottle. A yoga mat for stretching is encouraged and will be used in the grassy area. Advanced registration required.
