Starting the menu off, you will find the Flying W Cheese Board decorated with an arrangement of ten items. The Main Course of the evening is a 4oz. Wagyu Filet, accompanied by a sherry glaze, caramelized onions, mixed herb compound butter, creamy polenta, garlic green beans, and a roasted bone broth gravy. To end the night, you’ll have Osso’s Apple Betty complete with a Spiced Rum Reduction! For each course, you will find a suggested wine pairing.
