Exclusive to the Shaka Tribe, this 75 minute class will add variety and a new level of challenge to your floating practice. You will develop increased awareness through mindful movement on the water with energizing sequences that offer opportunities to explore the practice further. This is not an advanced class but definitely different than our SUP Yoga – All Levels class.
This class requires previous participation in one or more SUP Yoga classes with Shaka Fitness.
