SUP Yoga for teens ages 13 – 18yrs combines yoga and fitness movement on the paddle board in a new way. It will challenge focus, strength, stamina and balance at a varying pace to keep teens energized and engaged. Participants will be offered opportunities to explore movement and activities that may end in a splash but that is the best part. Teens will enjoy the freedom to make this class their own. No experience needed. Includes all equipment and a paddling lesson.
Parent or guardian must be present on the beach during the class. Teens ages 13 are required to wear a PDF during the session. Participants must be able to swim and have no fear of the water.
