Walking thru the front doors of Burton Health Care Center, visitors soon discover the true definition of “home away from home” . Just minutes from Middlefield and Chardon, just opening the doors allows the warm country atmosphere to pull you in. The comfortable chairs around the fireplace, the gentle sounds of the ticking grandfather clock, the photo album of our families memories all contribute to the relax feeling of being close to home.
We provide short term therapy for those in need of short term care. Our goal is to return patients to their normal living environment as soon as possible.
